I am here for harmony and peace | Airlie Beach | Vlog 79 & 80

I’ve spent too much of my savings and budget in a short time in the last weeks. Because of that, I only spent one day exploring the Whitsundays yesterday. Nothing to worry about, but more something I have to start keeping in the back of my mind.

It was a great day, and I wrote this place down as something I should revisit at some point in my life. However, I’m not moving on yet, as I also want to wander around on the mainland. It might not be as good as the island’s, but the nature around Airlie Beach is lovely!

Ever since this backpacking trip started, I’ve been enjoying going for hikes more and more. It brings my mind to rest plus makes me appreciate all the small things. Also, I went hiking today and enjoyed all the incredible views over Airlie Beach. Besides, it’s sometimes good to spend time alone and reflect on what I’m doing with life. Now, in the past and the future. Afterwards, I went to the beach for a while. Of course, that’s how it should be at a place with a beach in its fame.

Day 80, on the other hand, was a less exciting day. I’m back on the bus, heading to my next destination. My body tells me that it is time to slow down a little bit. I might consider staying somewhere for a bit longer.

At the moment, it’s pretty crazy travelling so fast. Meeting people all the time gets to you after a while. Since I’m presumably going to play this travel game for another six months, it might be good to do so! I previously lived on the edge in my music career. My travels are not intended to do that. The opposite is true; I’m here to find some harmony again!
