My 30-minute boat tour took 3 hours.. | Brisbane | Vlog 99

As I did yesterday, I’ll explore Brisbane a little further today. Unfortunately, I had no luck getting the musical tickets this morning, but that gives me some free time this evening! I discovered there are more gardens to wander around, and I can’t wait to see them!

Since this is the last place with a tropical-ish climate, I’ll also be searching for some wildlife I haven’t seen before. Also, it’s a little wild, but it’s vlog 99 already! One hundred days of travelling tomorrow, so I’ll make sure to create a special vlog. Time has flown by so quickly, and I didn’t realize I was celebrating this milestone so soon.

Vlog 99 means day 99:

I might not be the biggest fan of Brisbane itself, but I’ve also noticed how this makes me lazy when exploring the outer suburbs. They’re beautiful, and so are the parks, but I can’t be bothered putting too much effort into getting myself around. I’m not such a city person anymore, and I’d really like to explore more of nature! What will Sydney bring me?

To finish off my day, I went on a little boat ride. They have accessible water taxis here, so I went on one of them. At first, they said it would take about 30 minutes to finish their tour. Ultimately, it took about 3 hours to get back to where I started. I was freezing but also enjoying all the city views from the water!
