Travel time! The long-anticipated start of my journey is finally here. After carefully reviewing everything in my backpack, upgrading my gear, obtaining an international passport, booking my flights, researching for travel guides , and saying heartfelt goodbyes to friends and family—all of this was just the beginning. Months of preparation have led to this moment, and now the adventure begins in just a few days. 

So much to organize, but here I am! Starting from the first of January 2019, I will embark on a journey of indefinite duration. This means I’ll have limited availability, but you can reach me via Facebook or through the contact page. I’ll keep everyone updated on this journey through regular posts on my website.

Travel Time: Destinations

My first destination is Bangkok in Thailand. I’m leaving Belgium on New Year’s morning, with a layover in Moscow, arriving in Bangkok the following day. From there, I’ll gradually explore Southeast Asia. Cambodia and Vietnam are next on my itinerary, followed by Malaysia and Singapore. Finally, I’ll fly to Australia for a three-month adventure exploring the country!

I’m keeping the rest of my travel plans flexible since I haven’t confirmed anything beyond Australia. Check this website regularly for updates, or you can sign up for the newsletter to receive them directly in your mailbox. To stay informed about what’s happening, just follow along here!

Meeting up with everyone in recent weeks has been wonderful. Catching up before departure couldn’t have been better, and I’m already looking forward to seeing you all again! But now it’s travel time!
