Another Yentl As Anything Concert! | Performance

After spending time travelling around in the centre of Australia, I went back to King Island (yes, for the third time now)! The original plan was to leave Australia afterwards and travel to New Zealand. Therefore, I went back for another Yentl As Anything concert to say goodbye to a place where I worked for 14 months. Covid has changed a lot, and I didn’t end up flying. I did, but not to New Zealand, something I’ll explore later. Although, that still needs to change the fact that we played another Yentl As Anything Concert:

Yentl As Anything returns, Poster
Above is the poster for another Yentl As Anything Concert.

On the 26th of June, about five days before my second year in Australia ran out; we performed with Rusty Falcon in the Currie Club. The free event started at about 7.30 pm, with Rusty playing at 8 pm and Yentl As Anything around 9.30 pm. It was supposed to be our last gig, but whenever I return to King Island, plans are made for the next gig. Another gig is also something I’ll talk about in a later post, but it will be something other than our regular gig at the club.

Another Yentl As Anything Concert – photos

With another Yentl As Anything Concert on King Island comes another photo album. Our beloved photographer, Michael Laskey, again gave us some fantastic Yentl As Anything photos. It was a fabulous night, and I would like to thank Wade Roskam for providing us with the right gear. In addition, more thank you’s for the band for having me back on the island again. You guys are the best; it is a pleasure playing with you. Worth coming back for, that’s for sure! Check out the photos of the night below! 🙂
