Visiting temples in Bangkok and how I started making vlogs | Vlog 4

Welcome to the fourth blog and vlog here in Bangkok. Firstly, I would like to thank everybody for all the reactions and messages on social media platforms. These daily videos seem liked, so I’ll happily continue to make them!

It’s going great over here in Thailand, and I enjoy travelling like never before. This journey is one of the best decisions of my life. And it only just started; there is so much more to follow. I’ll keep you updated! Thailand is only the first country of so many more.

Time is flying, and I’m still very excited to be here. It’s blog and vlog four already. I still can’t believe that I went for this solo-travelling challenge! It was scary, but now it works out well—all those worries for nothing.

Exploring Bangkok

This day started with even more sightseeing in Bangkok. I visited temples, food markets, massive shopping centres, the Hard Rock Cafe, and more awesome things. I changed to my first dorm room yesterday, so far, so good. Hostel life reminds me of my time in boarding school! The atmosphere is excellent, and there are so many people to meet. It’s still new for me. I did sleep in hostels before but have yet to experience a constant daily life based on hostels!

Charlotte (my first backpacking friend) and I met up later in the day. By the time we met, I had made new friends, and so did she. But backpackers don’t mind getting to know more people, so it was easy to get everyone together. In the end, I even went with the friends that Charlotte made to some non-touristic nightlife in Bangkok. The four of us are already discussing everybody’s itinerary to see where and when we can meet again.
