When I left Belgium a year ago to travel the world, I was convinced to return home in August 2019. Somewhere halfway through my travels, that plan was delayed significantly. I’m still travelling one year later and am still determining when I will return home. To better suit my changing needs in a website, I will commence 2020 with a newly built website. This new website will focus more on both travelling and being a musician. In addition to these subjects, I added an education section to start uploading educational-related things.
It’s also the first of January, so I wish you a happy new year from Australia. The last six months have been much quieter than the first six months. I’m not moving around anymore and choose to have a more consistent secondary part of the year. As stated above, my plans changed significantly this year, and I suddenly lived in Melbourne for five months before arriving at King Island. I’ve been travelling for over a year and have yet to see either of them! My goal to cross the Pacific and the Atlantic oceans in eight months could have worked out better, haha.
Furthermore, I would like to thank everyone for the lovely phone calls in the past month(s). Also, the presents that made it to Australia, the messages, the birthday cards and everything else. Celebrating my birthday, Christmas, and new year on a remote island was a different experience. It was fantastic to connect with my home country in all these different ways! Thank you so much! You guys are the best.
It might have been quiet for a while, but I won’t be on the Island forever. Keep an eye on this website and my Instagram page! I’m already making travel plans, and as soon as I move around again, I’ll keep you posted immediately.
