Refund and Returns Policy

Physical Products:

Our (https://yentldoggen.com) refund and returns policy on Physical Products last seven days. If seven days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The physical item must be unused and in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a refund or exchange. You must also return the product in its original packaging.

Digital Products (downloadable products and donations):

Our (https://yentldoggen.com) refund and returns policy on Digital Products last 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We can not refund digital products, such as downloadable products, after being downloaded by the buyer. In case of a dispute, we will always follow the number of downloads our system provides. 

Refunds or returns:

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return or refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. 

The refunded amount excludes processing fees. For example: If you buy a product for 1 Euro and our Processing Fee is 0,30 Euro, the refunded amount is 0,70 Euro.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
