My travel adventures in Sumatra – Indonesia!
Since Bali was a little bit too tourism-minded for me, I decided to travel to the opposite in Sumatra. Starting in Tomok and Samosir, I was astonished by their extraordinary nature. In Berastagi, I felt like being the only tourist and did plenty of excursions This even includes climbing up the volcano. Bukit Lawang was my highlight in the middle of the rainforest. It was great to come up close to wild Orang-utangs. However, Medan was the biggest surprise. Many people said it was not worth the visit, but I absolutely loved it! Sumatra went way above my expectations. It was a great ending to two months in Indonesia!
Hearing and seeing other people’s travel experiences can be crucial in planning your own trip. Seeing and reading what other travellers go through and how they enjoy specific adventures are the best guidelines for your travel journey. At the start of my world travels, I watched plenty of blogs and vlogs about the destinations on my itinerary. Finally, I can write and edit my blogs and vlogs in Sumatra, Indonesia. This time, I hope to inspire other people as they did inspire me. On top of that, it helps to keep my loved ones informed about my travels and adventures.
